After you have reviewed and e-signed your coaching agreement, you will be emailed a link to pay and schedule your initial consultation session. At this time, you are held responsible to submit your payment to confirm your appointment. Your payment will be immediately taken out from your chosen debit/credit card
After the consultation, your coach will email you a link to schedule and pay for any future coaching sessions. If you pay for a coaching package that includes a set number of sessions, your coach will consult with you directly around scheduling those individual sessions.
Everyone has the right to cancel/reschedule their session. However, it is your responsibility to submit your request, via email, to your coach, no later than a day in advance (24 hours) of your scheduled session. Emails must be sent to admin@onlineprivatepractice. Your coach will email back with a confirmation of your request and send you alternative days plus times for you to reschedule your session.
Each client is only allowed one request, without the need to resubmit another payment. If no request is received, prior to the session, &/or you do not show up, your session will be considered a ‘no show’. At which point, your payment will be applied to no show session & you will have to pay for another session if you plan to reschedule.
Unlike therapy, where therapists help clients suffering from mental health issues, coaching helps therapists struggling with business related issues such as marketing or ranking higher on search engines for more visibility. During an initial consultation session, you will discuss your business goals for your practice and what phase you are in towards accomplishing them.
Since all therapists are in different stages of their business, everyone may need more or less compared to others. In general, therapists who sign up for group marketing intensive will attend a four (4) hour group coaching session where the discussion will focus on topics related to marketing ones practice online.
If individual coaching is needed, therapists may require between two (2) to four (4) sessions, after the initial consultation.
Group intensives, which are scheduled once per season (Winter, Spring, Fall, & Summer), are $497 for four (4) hours. Individual coaching is $299 per 45-min session.
If located or willing to travel to the state of Massachusetts, in-person coaching sessions can be arranged. However, most, if not all, coaching sessions are scheduled online using Zoom. To schedule a consultation, please click here.
While coaching services offer help to therapists around improving their online presence, advanced & technical website support (such as front-end coding, backend design, or overall website development) is not provided.
However, design layout recommendations (to better improve the functionality of your site to convert visitors to clients) and suggested search engine optimization strategies (to improve the searchability of your practice and website content) are both offered through coaching.
It is highly advised you take these recommended suggestions to a qualified website developer, designer, &/or copywriter to make needed adjustments to your site.
